The 10th Cuspal Sub-Lord — Your Career Promise

In KP, the 10th cuspal sub-lord is the single most important factor for career. Not the 10th lord, not the planet in the 10th — the sub-lord of the 10th cusp.

The KP rule is precise: if the 10th cuspal sub-lord is a significator of houses 2, 6, 10, or 11 — the favourable career axis — the chart promises career growth. If it signifies houses 5, 8, or 12 (the dushtana axis), there is a structural block: career changes will come with disruption, not smooth growth.

This single verdict frames the rest of the report. If the promise is positive, every dasha window is a green light. If the promise is negative, even strong dashas produce friction — and the report tells you which windows can override the block and which cannot.

The 2-6-10-11 Favourable Axis Explained

Different astrology systems use different career formulas. KP's is precise: career growth fires when the operating planets signify houses 2, 6, 10, or 11.

A planet signifies a house in KP if it occupies the house, lords the house, is in the star of an occupant or lord, or is in the sub of an occupant or lord. The Deep Dive ranks every planet in your chart against this 2-6-10-11 axis and grades each one A through D.

Grade A, B, C, D Significators

KP does not treat all significators equally. The Career Deep Dive maps every planet that signifies the career houses into four grades:

• Grade A — planets in the star of an occupant of a career house. Strongest career trigger.
• Grade B — actual occupants of career houses.
• Grade C — planets in the star of the lord of a career house.
• Grade D — career house lords themselves.

Sixty-Month Dasha Activation Map
