Refund Policy

1. Our Promise
We want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something goes wrong, we'd rather refund you than have you stay unhappy. The terms below describe what we can and cannot refund.
2. 7-Day Money-Back on Your First Purchase
Your first paid purchase on KP Astrology Pro is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@kpastrologypro.com from the email address on your account, include your order ID, and we'll process the refund. This applies once per customer.
3. Daily Delivery Subscriptions
If you cancel a Daily Delivery subscription mid-cycle, we issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, less the value of any reports already generated and emailed during that period.
Once a daily report has been generated and dispatched, the AI cost has been incurred on our side, so that day's value cannot be refunded — but every future day in the cycle can be.
4. One-Time Reports
One-time reports (Yearly, Major Life Areas, Compatibility, Horary, etc.) are non-refundable once the report has been generated and emailed, because each report carries a per-call AI cost that we cannot recover. If a report fails to deliver due to a system error on our side, we will either re-deliver it for free or issue a full refund — your choice.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@kpastrologypro.com from the address on your account. Include:
- your order ID (visible at /account under Billing);
- the reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve);
- whether you'd prefer a refund or service credit.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and process the refund within 5 business days.
6. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or PayPal. Razorpay refunds typically settle in 5-7 business days; PayPal refunds typically settle in 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Currency Conversion
If you paid in a currency other than INR, the refund is processed in the same currency at the exchange rate Razorpay or PayPal applies on the refund date. We do not reimburse FX losses caused by exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending dispute review. Please email us before opening a chargeback — we are quick and reasonable.
