KP Astrology Pro provides AI-powered astrological analysis based on the Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) system. The Service includes birth chart calculations, dasha period analysis, transit computations, and AI-generated predictive readings.

3. Disclaimer

Astrological readings and predictions provided by KP Astrology Pro are for entertainment, educational, and personal guidance purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating profiles and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms, using automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service, reselling readings without an Astrologer plan, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding of KP Astrology Pro are the intellectual property of KP Astrology Pro. AI-generated readings created for your account are licensed for your personal use. Astrologer plan users receive commercial usage rights as specified in their plan terms.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us at support@kpastrologypro.com and we will review your case. The free Starter plan has no payment obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

KP Astrology Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
