Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or using kpastrologypro.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in the United States with verifiable parental consent) to register.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, especially birth date, time and place — readings are only as accurate as the data you supply. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@kpastrologypro.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Service Description

KP Astrology Pro generates Krishnamurti Paddhati astrological charts and AI-written readings, including dasha analysis, transit reports, horary readings, daily delivery subscriptions, and related tools. Some readings are generated by third-party AI providers using a prompt that contains your chart data and birth details (see Privacy Policy).

Readings are provided for entertainment, self-reflection and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other advice. If you are facing a serious decision in any of those areas, please consult a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

4. No Guarantees

Astrology is inherently interpretive. We make no representation that any reading, prediction, or accuracy score will turn out to be true. We provide the platform "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our rule engine or proprietary algorithms;
• resell, sub-license, or rent readings unless you hold an active Astrologer plan that explicitly permits commercial use;
• upload data about another identifiable person without their consent;
• use the Service to harass, defraud, or violate any law;
• circumvent rate limits or attempt unauthorised access.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Paid plans (including Daily Delivery) are sold on a recurring basis through Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (other currencies). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. The renewal amount is the amount displayed at checkout, charged to your payment method on file.

You can cancel at any time from /account, or directly through your Razorpay or PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues to its end. Currency conversion is performed by your payment provider at their published rates — we do not refund FX losses.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the birth and profile data you input. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service. The platform, the rule engine, the prompt templates, and the look-and-feel of generated reports are owned by KP Astrology Pro. Readings produced for your account are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; commercial use requires an Astrologer plan.

9. User Content

Feedback ratings, outcome notes, support messages and other content you submit may be used by us in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the rule engine and the AI prompts. We do not publish your name or identifying details alongside this content.

10. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from /account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt fraudulent payment activity. We will give you reasonable notice except where prompt action is necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the total fees you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make based on a reading.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the dispute resolution clause below.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please first email support@kpastrologypro.com; we will work with you in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be referred to consumer-friendly arbitration before resorting to courts. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and KP Astrology Pro regarding the Service.
