If Saturn also owns the 6th, that is a second required house for the insurance rule (2, 6, 8 and 11), not an obstacle: classical KP states no adverse set for inheritance or for an insurance claim, so the reading derives none and nothing annotates the verdict. Where the writing does state adverse houses, as it does for health, they annotate a promise and never subtract from it. When? Not simply "in Rahu-Saturn".
