The 7th cusp sub lord, both ways
Each partner’s 7th cusp sub lord is walked through the other partner’s chart: which houses it signifies there. A sub lord that signifies 2, 7 or 11 in the other chart ties the two charts on the marriage houses; one that signifies 1, 6 or 10 pulls the other way.
Planets that signify marriage in both charts
A planet that is a significator of 2, 7 or 11 in both charts is a shared agent of the marriage. The report names these planets and what their shared agency means for the bond.
Two dashas, one timeline
